The Law Enforcement Of The Bab El Oued Neighborhood

The year is 1993. The Algiers district of Bad el-Oued has become â€Å"very tense† making the people â€Å"edgy, nervous† and suspicious as a result of multiple â€Å"bomb attacks, sabotage, various manipulations, and repression† (Allouache 129).
